You get it ALL. Hand crocheted Dress, Panties, Slippers, Hat and Handbag! There's even a matching Petticoat.

I got my doll sometime between 1958 and 1962, purchased with my allowance at the local W. T. Grant store. My grandmother made the clothes for her.

There is some discoloration on the back of the petticoat, a loose thread on the back of the right shoulder of the dress,and a few loose threads on the slippers, but otherwise the outfit is in very good condition.
