Sales and Payment Information

We will confirm all orders via e-mail as they are filled, usually within 48 hours of receipt.

A shipping charge of $4.95 is applied to every order, regardless of the number of items ordered. Most orders are shipped via Priority Mail. Washington residents will be charged 8.5 percent sales tax (sorry).

Payments are by most major credit cards, or PayPal, through CCNow (a secure payment processor). If you would rather pay by check or money order, please write us for additional instructions.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Items can be returned for refund or credit of purchase price, within 30 days of receipt.

Customer Privacy

We do not sell names. Period.

Occasionally we may send you a short e-mail note if we have something to offer that we think might interest you. If you never want to hear from us again, let us know and we will stop.
